Addie no Okurimono: To Moze from Addie  Sony Computer Entertainment (Sony Computer Entertainment;Japan Studio)2000Highly addictive puzzle"log lock".You can enjoy the deep puzzle of anyone in the tutorial of enhancement.
Game system without time limit. Even those who are not good at action games, you can enjoy playing slowly and carefully.
Nostalgic story, watercolor graphics, and the sound of attention, create a unique atmosphere.
It is a work that appeals to users who like puzzles, those who are not good at action games, and female users.***Seems connected with a 1973 black & white film called "Paper Moon", in which the two main protagonists are called "Moze" and "Addie". One scene from the film even shows a photograph with "To Moze from Addie" written on it. Finally, we can notice that Addie from the game looks like Addie from the movie a lot.

But it seems that the game is not really connected to the movie. At least, the plot is not the same.

[20]***In the year 2025, a war breaks out between humans and a hostile alien race, and 16-year-old Lucia and the rest of the starfighter pilots in the Earth Federation must join the battle. When Lucia's father is kidnapped by the aliens, she decides to take action and hijacks a brand new prototype starfighter, the Gley Lancer, in order to try to save him. In this side-scrolling shooter, step into the cockpit of the Gley Lancer as Lucia, rescue your father and destroy the evil aliens that are bent on destroying the human race.***This some what legendary shooter isn't nearly as good as some collectors may want you to believe. It does have a few good ideas, but its extreme lenght and weak difficulty makes it a tedious experience. The presentation is super cool though, and makes it well worth a try!

Alice: Madness Returns  Electronic Arts (Spicy Horse)2011Never released or announced as American McGee's Alice 2 but references to it as such can be found on official websites, likely to attract attention of those who played or are interested in the original.

Actual working title was "The Return of American McGee's Alice" from 2009-02 till 2010-07 before which it had no name at all and after which it had its final release name.***Minimum:
* Windows XP w/ SP3, Vista w/ SP2, or 7 w/ SP1
* 1.6 GHz Core 2 Duo or Athlon X2 CPU
* 2 GB RAM
* 256 MB VRAM
* GeForce 7600 or Radeon X1650 GPU
* 8.5 GB HD space***Return to Wonderland and battle the corruption with all new weapon upgrades as well as 6 new collectible dresses. The new fourth tier of weapons tips the scales into Alice's favor by unlocking a whole new level of destruction.

Eleven years ago a horrific fire took Alice’s family from her and left her mind horrifically scarred. Afterwards she was confined to Rutledge Asylum, where she struggled to confront her demons by slipping further into her fantasy world of Wonderland. Now, after ten years, she has finally secured her release—yet she still bears the heavy psychological burden of that tragic event.

With her mind in tatters, she is unable to resolve the fear prompted by her strange memories, dreams, and visions. Perhaps she’ll do better in Wonderland. She always has. She travels there, seeking what the "real" world can’t provide: security, knowledge, and the truth about the past. But in her absence, Wonderland too has suffered. Something has gone horribly wrong, and now a great evil is descending upon what once was her beautiful refuge. Can Alice save Wonderland—and herself—from the madness that consumes them both?

Key Features:
Intense 3rd person action:
* Use multiple upgradeable melee weapons, including the explosive Teapot Cannon, the punishing Hobby Horse, and the classic Vorpal Blade.

Explore a dark and shattered Wonderland:
* Encounter familiar but now strange characters, including the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter, the Caterpillar and the Red Queen.

Magical abilities:
* Obtain peculiar abilities in Wonderland such as floating with Alice’s dress, shrinking, or growing to towering sizes in order to crush enemies.

Interactive puzzles:
* Intuitive and rewarding puzzles such as transforming obstacles, musical memories, chess, and picture blocks.***Eleven years ago a horrific fire took Alice’s family from her and left her terribly burned—and her mind terribly scarred. Afterwards she was confined to Rutledge Asylum, struggling to come to terms with her demons by slipping into her fantasy world of Wonderland. Now, after ten years, she has finally secured her release--yet she still bears the heavy psychological burden of that tragic event.

In Alice: Madness Returns, Alice is released from the asylum to a London psychiatrist’s care. As nightmarish hallucinations continue to haunt her and invade her reality, she seeks to understand her torment in order to recover herself. Her mind in tatters, she is unable to resolve the fear and neuroses prompted by her strange memories, dreams, and visions. Her relocation to London seems only to add to their number and intensity.

American McGee's Alice  Electronic Arts (Rogue Entertainment)2000Lewis Carroll's 19th-century fantasy has been reinvented many times, most famously by Walt Disney. And now American McGee, one of the designers behind the Quake and Doom series, issues his addition to the Looking Glass legends with American McGee's Alice. Players take on the role of a wiser, more industrious heroine who sets out in this third-person 3-D action game to free Wonderland from the tyranny of the Queen of Hearts. Alice will confront a host of weird creatures in surreal settings and solve numerous puzzles through more than 15 levels of gameplay.***stock sounds — at least one is heard in an early surreal level where a huge door frame passes around the level (it does this pass repeatedly), the sound is played during the pass.***May (quite likely actually) fail to start up on XP and newer operating systems (as it does for me), but works fine after you use a No-CD crack. When Alice responds to a mysterious summons to return to Wonderland, the place is barely recognisable. Something has gone very wrong. Undaunted by the diseased atmosphere, confusion and mortal danger that surrounds her, Alice commits to set it right. Embark on a twisted journey to save a wonderland gone bad... but be warned if you're gonna chase this rabbit - you'd best go rmed...

* Stunning third-person, 3D action on an enhanced version of Quake III technlogy.
* A living breathing Wonderland that is as deadly as it's inhabitants.
* Twisted renditions of characters from the original Alice Adventures.
* Defend yourself with a collection of the most deadly toys ever imagined.
* Solve devious puzzles and labyrinthine mazes.
* Battle sadistic card guards, demonic fire imps, ravenous jabberspawn and many more.
* Hugely atmospheric score composed specifically for the game by Chris Vrenna founder member of the Nine Inch Nails.
[Box blurb]***A rather bizarre, if cleverly different, game loosely based on 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'Through the Looking Glass', but with black and macabre twists, the knife-wielding Alice was far from Carroll's original interpretation.

Apprentice II: The Knight's Move  Herculean Effort Productions2004In the second part of the Apprentice, story things take a much darker turn. Lord Ironcrow shows up in person. He's drafting soldiers for his army by any means necessary. He is following the laws of the land, to the letter. For instance, anyone who currently owns their own home or has a job is ineligible for the draft. Lord Ironcrow's solution is simple, burn the homes and businesses. Pib boards in his master's home (Lord Ironcrow is not willing to confront a powerful wizard by buring his home), Pib is of draft age, and Pib does not have a job (he's, merely in-training for one). But were Pib to become an accredited wizard immediately, then he'd have a Job. His master sincerely wants to oblige him, and assigns him three tasks to prove his wizardness worthiness to the academy and himself. Its the standard practice, but Pip is taking it too early and its not being administered by the elder wizards. One would expect the master's tests to of course be self-serving, yet somehow still important to Pip's training. Time is running out before Lord Ironcrow can legally enforce Pib's drafting and the draft effort in the land must still be avoided in the meantime.***commune bonum

[90]***You are Marty McFly, just a typical senior at Hill Valley High. But after getting behind the wheel of a nuclear-powered sports car turned time machine, you find yourself in the year 1955 where you've accidentally tampered with history. Now it must be corrected. You must somehow make sure that teenagers Lorraine Baines and George McFly (the two kids that will eventually grow up to become your parents) fall in love before the photo of your family fades away and you're left with nothing to come home to. It won't be easy. You'll have to protect George from Biff and his gang of bullies while doing your best to keep them from beating you up instead. To complicate things, Lorraine has a crush on you, so you'll have to dodge her advances while trying to figure out a way to get George and her to kiss at the school dance. Time is wasting and even if you manage to put all of the pieces in place, there is still no guarantee that you'll get back. It will all come down to one brief moment in time when the past, present and future all meet.***The game was released 1989-09-01. The "1985" on the title screen refers to the Trademarked movie title.
