[12]***If the idea of good game is to have inconsistent controls for the same action in different situations (right click works to remove all other items from build queue except the last, which you can only remove by the minus key in keyboard, not the numpad minus mind you... delete would've made more sense and it's actually more commonly used in other games) and forcing the player to choose an action from "help" dialog instead of ignoring it (I suggest you disable the advisor pop-ups which are on by default, since you must take the advice), then Civ4 is truly master of it. I can't imagine what drove them to so brilliantly disregard simple user friendliness. Mostly it works well, though, at least if you can ignore the problems it has. For me, these are aggravating shortcomings in the simplest things a game of this kind can have are too much. Unfortunately they're present in the final patch and Warlords/BtS expansions as well, so maybe I'm alone in this grievance for surely it would've been fixed otherwise.***Has been released on both 2 CDs and 1 DVD at some point.

Shattered Union 2K Games (PopTop Software)2005Following a great increase in terrorism, internal strife, and ultimately, the nuclear destruction of Washington, D.C., the United States shatters into a half-dozen nation-states that descend into war. Take the helm of one of these newfound sovereignties (or the "peacekeeping" European Expeditionary Force) and struggle to reunify America...by any means necessary!

Features:

* Modern 3D tactical war game viewed from a "bird's-eye" overhead camera.
* Non-linear mission progression with changes based on player-made decisions.
* Real-time resolution of turned-based moves. Take your time while you decide your move, but once you have selected your action, see the results all play out in full animation models, exploding vehicles, and burning cities and forests!
* Fully destructible terrain/environment. As the battle proceeds, everything from explosions and destroyed buildings permanently mark the terrain. Moving tanks will leave tread marks that stay for the duration of the mission. At the end, very little will look the same.
* Fight your way across the United States! Had enough of the windy city? Then go ahead and bomb Chicago! Invade across the Rockies into California, capture the tank factories in Ohio, and lay siege to New York City! You decide - the fate of the nation is in your hands!
* Choose to play as one of seven different factions: California Commonwealth, Pacifica, Republic of Texas, Great Plains Federation, The Confederacy, New England Alliance and the European Union.
* Call up National Guard forces equipped with M1 Abrams battle tanks, Apache helicopters and stealth bombers. Or make a deal with the Russians and equip your boys with MiG fighters and T-95 Heavy Tanks.
* Online and offline multiplayer on all platforms.

Mika Itoh a member of Saeki's magic club with an intense desire to hurt Minase after what he does?

Rika Shiraki permanently affected by Minase's spell? That's never sorted out in the endings, and she often ends up pregnant (the father is unknown, given the number of men she sleeps with).

Reika Kitami is quite the deviant, but unlike in the series, she uses other male characters besides Minase, and it is speculated that the demon inside her is the reason she prefers anal sex.

Kaori Saeki...is exactly the same, with a few details added.

Perhaps the most profound difference, however, is Yukiko, as she is no longer referred to as Minase's 'step-sister' and instead of a medical student, she is an expert linguist and helps Minase translate the grimoire.

Some changes I like (Yukiko's, Shiraki's, and Mika Itoh now possessing a personality of some sort spring readily to mind) and I like the added aspect of a prophecy (established early in the game), but I find the game leaves a lot of loose ends, even upon completing its 'true' ending.

This time, you control all the action! Bible Black is a complete erotic adventure game with over 30 hours of interactive game play, the ability to play as either heroic or villainous, 12 possible endings, and a occult horror plot filled with sex, murder, and extreme torture!

There is a legend on campus of an underground room where debaucheries orgies and magic rituals once took place. The room was supposedly sealed off after a human sacrifice. As the thirteenth anniversary of this grisly event draws near, someone is plotting for history to repeat itself.

Is it the sweet, beautiful class president, Shiraki? The kinky occult girl, Saeki? The innocent Imari? The well-endowed art professor, Miss Takashiro, or the sexy campus doctor, Miss Kitami?

Minase was a mild-mannered junior who never thought twice about magic or campus legends. But then he found the mysterious "Bible Black," the book of spells that started it all thirteen years ago. Minase now has the power to control others and get any girl he wants, any way he wants. Will he be tempted by the dark path of debauchery, or will he use his power to stop the upcoming sacrifice?
[blackimari.com]***At a harmless looking Junior College, the teachers and staff are practicing a dark religion. By devoting their bodies to perversity, they chant their dark spells and control the lusts of the student body. Everywhere the students turn, they are drawn to acts of perversion, even in public. Perhaps the school nurse has the answer, as she holds special counseling sessions for the female students.***The main plot is about controlling and seducing women, mainly school girls, into perverted and ecchi sexual deeds. Along with a never before seen plot, Bible Black also featured all sort of extreme sex acts that would probably never make it into the main stream market. Although most of these rather extreme sequences were edited out from the animated series, fans of such fetishes can still find plenty of enjoyment by viewing the Bible Black hentai CG collection ripped from the hentai game.***Here is a legend on campus of an underground room where debaucherous orgies and magic rituals once took place. [Sanguine]***Overhead action-RPG where you play as the vampire Kain in the sinister world of Nosgoth. You can kill and feast on any human you encounter.

Kain was a nobleman who was murdered during his travels. He sought vengeance and the necromancer Mortanius offered him a chance to do so by reviving him as a vampire. Kain then quickly enacts his revenge, but finds out that there is a greater plot to be uncovered. The story is probably the darkest to ever grace a console video game. Violent, yet mature and serious.

The storyline is too deep and complex for a simple summary so for more details, visit the link below and go to the Blood Omen section, or better yet, play the game.

Kain can use various weapons, spells and items, can morph in the classic vampire states (bat, wolf, mist), feast on humans or even some monsters and explore various environments.

The game features excellent voice acting and several cinematics. The bugs found on the PlayStation version were corrected for the PC version, and there is even a little extra dialogue (though not much).

Heretic II  Activision (Raven Software)1998Un auténtico juegazo de acción, con un inventario de armas y hechizos de lo más pintoresco y un grandísimo multijugador.

7 de 10***Corvus finally returns home from where ever D'sparil had sent him with his dying curse, only to find his people ravaged by madness and disease.***Latest version: 1.06 Enhancement Pack (as of ?)***During the development of Portal of Praevus, Raven Software worked feverishly to lay the groundwork for yet another revolutionary action game: Heretic II. Based on Id Software's Quake II engine, Heretic II successfully blended first-person shooter action with a third-person camera to create an entirely new game genre.

This new perspective on the Heretic/HeXen universe was the biggest critical success in Raven Software's storied history. With dozens of awards and numerous accolades, Heretic II showed the world that third-person action games could be fun and intuitive, while it solidified Raven's reputation as one of the industry's top game developers.

The game was published by Activision Inc. and released to the public in 1998. Heretic II was one of the last 3-D action games to ship with fully playable co-operative gameplay.

Heretic II has since inspired a new generation of third-person action game development...a testament to the groundbreaking impact of the title.
[Raven]***Raven Software once again showes that they know how to make a game with Heretic II. It takes place along the lines of the original Heretic (Doom engine). As you go dig deeper into finding a cure, you yourself become infected, and find out most of the world is as well. This game features the Quake 2 engine, and has amazing graphics (espically for weapon and spell effects). However, Raven took a challenge with a 3rd person only point of view, which some do not like. Personally, I think this is a great game.
