[84]***map - limited to showing how the zones are connected to each other. In-zone maps are missing.

direct3d - main difference over software rendering is 800x600 resolution support, 16 bit display support (primarily for colored lighting) and linear sampling.
display-640x480 - characters use higher resolution sprites at this than when played at 320x240, the UI textures are stretched however.***Minimum:

Based on Raven Software's in-house Vampire engine, Take No Prisoners was developed concurrently with MageSlayer from July 1996 - August 1997 and was released by Red Orb Entertainment, a division of Broderbund Software.

Originally called RIOT (and subsequently Outrage), Take No Prisoners pioneered a new variation of top-down gameplay made popular by the arcade classic Gauntlet by setting the character at the bottom of the screen and exploring the world from a 2 ½D view. This innovation was hailed as a "fresh new perspective" and a "breath of fresh air" in the action gaming genre.

Take No Prisoners shipped with 30 single-player levels, 22 different enemies, 21 weapons, 22 combat items, 3 usable vehicles and a variety of multiplayer game modes including deathmatch, capture the flag, arsenal and assassin. In addition, Take No Prisoners was one of the first games to hit the market that took full advantage of 3-D hardware acceleration and colored lighting.

Dinosaurs will die after a while if either is missing for too long. Possibly a factor with the tourists as well, but only to keep them at the park longer.
npc anxiety/fear — seen if a dinosaur breaks free from their containment area (this affects the tourists) or if two different dinosaurs (specifically a carnivore and herbivore or large carnivore with smaller carnivore) are forced to be too close to each other. The dinosaurs may try to avoid the carnivore so much that they can't stave their hunger and eventually starve to death unless the carnivore ends up killing them (is that even possible here? didn't witness it, but hypothetically it could happen). To prevent this, you can either provide separate holding areas for the dinos or large enough single area for them to prowl so they can keep their distance naturally. The latter is obviously much harder set up and maintain, but the game does provide sufficient mechanisms to attempt it.***Latest version: retail.

A mysterious rival corporation brings in Nima, a professional smuggler with intimate knowledge of the park’s island setting, to retrieve the embryos.

When InGen learns of staff stranded on the island after the park’s collapse, they hire a group of mercenaries to launch a rescue operation. The team arrives amidst the chaos of dinosaurs running rampant, and begins to round up survivors committed to protecting the dinosaurs they created. As this group grows, it soon becomes clear that individuals have competing agendas – and the conflict between the humans becomes as dangerous as the rampant dinosaur threats on the island. The group must ultimately survive confrontations with T-Rex, Velociraptors and other dinosaurs in spectacular showdowns as they look for a way out. Along the way, a new mysterious nocturnal dinosaur threat emerges, stalking the group as they work their way across the island in hopes of escape.

* Set during the events of the first film.

Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection Microsoft Game Studios (Asobo Studio;Frontier Developments)2017Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection is a re-release of the 2013 title Zoo Tycoon. This re-release has had a lot of new content added and several gameplay features changed.

The Ultimate Animal Collection contains almost 200 animal species to adopt, while the original version contained around 110. These new creatures are mainly from South America and Australia, two continents not covered before. The game adds 10 new campaign levels and a new challenge zoo.

The main gameplay change is that the Zoo Limit from the original version has been removed. So players can build as much as the surface of the zoo provides. The game has been optimised for the Xbox One X, featuring 4K Ultra HD visuals and HDR support. Unlike the previous Xbox One game, this game can also be played on Windows 10.
