Stealth may be required or simply possible. Avoid being seen, heard or smelt. Take care where you leave finger & foot prints, dust & even your shadow.

Stealth: Line of Sight - 1983 to 2021
Player character's ability to sneak around is affected by the line of sight of NPCs.

Stealth: Light (Illumination;Darkness) - 1998 to 2018
Player's ability to sneak around is affected by how bright the area is.

Stealth: Other criteria - 1998 to 2015
Stealth involves some other criteria that has no better tag available.

Stealth: Sound (Audio;Noise) - 1998 to 2021
Player character's ability to sneak around is affected by the sounds they make.

Stealth mode - 2001 to 2016
Stealth requires entering certain mode or it won't be considered at all. For example: stealth requires crouching, making it impossible to be stealthy by standing upright regardless of circumstances.

Stealth: Motion - 2010 to 2018
Player character's ability to sneak around is affected by movement, whether this is moving from place to place or on the spot.

Stealth: Range(Distance) - 2010 to 2018
Player character's ability to sneak around is affected by distance to anyone able to detect them. Usually with nigh perfect stealth even without trying at certain distance no matter the environmental conditions.
