For example:
* A healer character might feel a little miffed when they encounter a wounded person who can not be healed except by fetching some Other healer to do the same thing they could've done in the instant they met the person, especially if the game denies any effects of healing they apply. This is more pronounced in games where magical healing exists, especially when the player specifically can undo what is ailing them. Becomes even more pronounced when people get upset about death when the player has ability to resurrect everyone.
* A hunter character needs to find Another hunter to track down a beast.
* A wizened wizard needs to locate the town's own wizard to answer some arcane question or perform a basic spell they already have.
* A burglar (thief) needs to locate and hire a lock expert when they themselves are perfectly able to lockpick everything per game mechanics.
... and so forth.
