That screenshot is chromium 22.0.1229.94 on Ubuntu 12.10 32-bit
This also happens on my Android 4.1.2 where is is particularly annoying as the menus take 66.21% of the screen (can't such as tag entry, title, alt title, bootlegs, edit icon, image icon, tags icon, image man. icon, the new drop down icons, new user drop down icons)
Having to type URLs for these functions is slowing me down a bit:)

AFAIK, Chromium 22 was released on Aug 6th 2012, didn't it auto-update as usual ? It should be v56 now ( https://www.chromium.org/developers/calendar )
Could you share an Android 4.1.2 screenshot too ?
(Just tested on an Android 4.4.2 HTC One and looks fine)

Since everything insists on requiring an app and will not allow it to install to an SD card, and my T599N only has space enough for one app of my choosing and many other technical barriers, I've emailed the screenshot to your gmail.

Thank you.
I managed to find chromium 22 (July 2012), luckily there is an archive with any version ever released.
I'll try to fix it.

Now it works fine on 2012 Chromium...
I couldn't test it on Kitkat but should be ok there too.
Please clear the cache before testing if nothing seems changed.

Works in Chrome, confirmed. Menus still don't hide in Android 4.1.2. But, I'm now entering info blind using a keyboard and things seems to be going faster than touching the screen like I used to:)

Yes, the keyboard is faster if you get used to.
About the Android 4.1.2 issue, I'd like to have some details about the browser, most of data that is shown here for example: http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/

Wasn't Dolphin the usual default included browser in Android and such for a long time? That might be it. I might be horribly wrong with that, but it'd be really old version regardless.

Dolphin

My phone has room for one app at a time, won't install anything to SD, and I'm not giving up Moria just yet:) Even if, another browser is out of the question because it creates a cache and leaves no working memory half way through loading a Steam game entry.

Same problem on the Wii U browser
