TiBC seems to be an atypical fascinating concept. Not just because it is a turn-based beat'em'up. Many beat'em'ups have certainly been influenced by urban culture and urban issues; as in, these subjects have be exploited and commercialised. But TiBC seems to be coming at it from an entirely different angle by taking these subjects seriously.
