Steam quietly updated is policies that apply to social networks. Just in case this ever applies to UVL:
"If you use Steam services (e.g. the Steam Curators’ Lists or the Steam Broadcasting service) to promote or endorse a product, service or event in return for any kind of consideration from a third party (including non-monetary rewards such as free games), you must clearly indicate the source of such consideration to your audience."

That's the transparency stuff that's been going on in Youtube/Twitch (I'm not exactly sure which unless it really was both) I think where streamers are required to reveal such. Not sure if it was just with certain channels and not service wide, but it seems to be a commonly enough advertised Best Practice for them by many streamers I follow anyway.
