After some research I come to the conclustion that the Softsmith "Acey-Ducey" is the same as the L&S Computerware Acey-Ducey. I have never seen the Apple II version of the Softsmith Acey-Ducey, but the Atari 8bit versions of the two games are the very same, just with different title screen/Publisher info. That very strongly suggests that the Apple II Softsmith version is a re-release/variation of the L&S Computerware version and not a unique, different game.
