your head is the "@". You move with the hjkl keys and the arrow keys (as

had pressed several (9 for HL and 5 for JK) of the corresponding lower
case key (unless you run into a digit, then it stops).

On the screen you will see a digit, if your worm eats the digit is will
grow longer, the actual amount longer depends on which digit it was that
you ate. The object of the game is to see how long you can make the worm
grow.

The game ends when the worm runs into either the sides of the screen, or
itself. The current score (how much the worm has grown) is kept in the
upper right corner of the screen.

REGLES DU JEU : RULES OF THE GAME:

Vous incarnez un serpent super-affamé dont le but est de manger les pommes qui apparaissent à l'écran. You are a super-hungry snake whose goal is to eat apples that appear on the screen. Vous pouvez pour cela le diriger au moyen des flèches de direction. You can do this by pressing the arrow keys in the direction you want to go. Il est cependant impossible de l'arrêter dans sa course, et il vous faudra l'empêcher d'essayer de manger un mur ou son propre corps! It is not possible to stop the snakes movement, and you should not try to eat the snake's own body!
Petite précision : le serpent grandit à chaque fois qu'il mange une pomme! Note: the snake grows every time it eats an apple!

Vous commencez la partie avec 5 vies, quel que soit le niveau choisi pour démarrer. You start the game with 5 lives, and on whatever level you choose to start.

Les pommes vertes donnent 1 point et les rouges en donnent 5. The green apples give 1 point and the red one give 5.
Les pommes mystère, quant à elles, peuvent provoquer différents effets aléatoires sur le serpent (d'où leur nom, eh oui! :)) : Mysterious Apples, they can cause different effects on the snake at random (hence the name, right!:)):

- Effets positifs : +15 points, - Positive effects: 15 points

Réduction temporaire de la vitesse du serpent, Temporary reduction in the speed of the snake,

Le jeu comporte vingt niveaux, et le passage au niveau supérieur se fait lorsque vous avez assez de points! The game has twenty levels, and you will be promoted to the next level is when you collect enough points!
