Alternate name: Planned language

Note that this does not include artistic languages nor cipher languages (substitution ciphers), neither of which can be considered real languages since one simply feigns another language by substituting graphemes (writing system) or sounds (thus the underlying language is not a constructed language) and the other is simply made to sound or seem foreign without actually having any meaning (thus not really a language).

As a somewhat widely known example, Klingon language from Star Trek is a constructed language.
