Reactionaries

Unlike conservatists who want to maintain status quo, reactionaries want to return to the previous state which may not be what conservatist had and which may also be what conservatists oppose as much as the opposite.

This may include previous government form, previous cultural values, previous religious views (or even plain previous religions), going back to nomadic lifestyle, and so forth.

Luddites may superficially seem like reactionaries, but they rarely actually qualify for such unless they become politically involved in enforcing it for even people who do not share their view.
