Personal review
One of the most frustrating games of the 20th Century. I remember being a 15 year old and playing this game from sunrise to sunset, day in and day out and STILL not being able to complete it. In fact, all these years later (I am now 32) I still have not finished all of the screens.
This game was not just available on the Speccie. I had the Acorn Electron version which I feel was superior - a friend had the ZX version, which I played once or twice but I preferred the slightly chunkier graphics of the old Elk. A BBC Model B version was also released (which I believe was on the reverse side of the Electron tape - or vice versa!). They don't make games like this anymore - played Doom 3 for a couple of hours... Completed it... Played Halo 3 for a couple of hours... Completed it... well, you get the idea !
All hail ROBOTO !!
