This game is a bit of an oddity and there are some unanswered questions for me after researching more about it. According to some sources this was released as a type-in program in the Japanese book "Micon no Hon #4" (lit: Microcomputer Book #4) and it is some sort of 3D version of Simulation Game Gundam which was released in Microcomputer Book #3.
