Description

Mr. Turk is a chess program for the CDC 6600 developed at the University of Minesota in FORTRAN. Development started in 1967 and continued to at least 1971 when it participated in the ACM's Second North American Computer-Chess Championship. The game did not use alpha-beta routines and was worked on by multiple chess playing programmers.
