There's two anime series based on this:
* ドルアーガの塔 ～the Aegis of URUK～ [imdb, anidb]
* ドルアーガの塔 ～the Sword of URUK～ [imdb, anidb]

Aegis of Uruk is set some 80 years after Gilgamesh defeated Druaga and follows the story of "Jil", a guardian newbie. The ~100 year old hero-turned-king, "Gil", is also occasionally seen.
Sword of Uruk presumably continues where Aegis of Uruk ends.

For anyone curious, ドルアーガ literally reads doruāga.
