Personal review
Looking at the box of Zunou Senkan Galg I was intrigued to find out about this so self-called "Scroll-RPG". I mean, what is a Scroll-RPG? On first glance of the screenshots on the backside I could have sworn it is a normal shoot'em up game. Well, it actually is. And not a very good one as well. Fly through myriads of relatively small levels and collect 1 of 100 important parts each level. Having gathered 100 parts (means flying through at least one hundred more or less boring levels, which actually consist of only about 30 repeating levels) you can finally try to kill the final boss. To call this collecting of 100 parts a kind of quest and inventing the word Scroll-RPG only for this boring game element is rather bold. Graphics are not good and the music and sound effects are much too high pitched.
