The MSX-version of the game was reviewed in at least on contemporary German gaming magazine, but is still missing. I personally don't think a MSX version exists. What I think happened is that the magazine editors got this game for the C16 or Atari but re-wrote the review to be for MSX, because they assumed a MSX version would be available as well and they already got enough C16/Atari reviews and wanted to up the number of MSX reviews. Pure speculation of course, but my personal most-likely explanation.
