There has been rather loud controversy surrounding this game since its launch, to even such point that the game is no longer sold at Steam and Valve has promised to refund any who had bought it via Steam who want that. The game is still sold on the game's own site and likely will return to be sold on Steam as well, as soon as Valve is satisfied with their negotiations with the developer.
