Sandbox en estado puro, similar al Saints Row The Third (incluso la ciudad es la misma), pero con muchas más misiones secundarias y con el añadido de ser más absurdamente divertido que nunca gracias a su elemento insigne: ahora "The Boss" tiene poderes.
Y los enemigos son lo suficientemente duros para que, a pesar de todas tus abilidades y arsenal, suponga un mínimo reto completar las misiones.
