Limiations:
* NOT for simply summoning undead creatures to your aid, but rather animating corpses player either produces or finds. Effectively making this impossible to do if there are no corpses around.
* Does NOT return them to their former selves, as resuscitation or resurrection would do.
* Does NOT imply undead by itself, though it is very likely.
In most cases raise/animate dead magic simply summons undead with no requirement for there to be corpses, making them ineligible for this tag. Implication that it raises some long dead people from beneath the ground that dig up to surface is not sufficient unless it has clear limitations on its use (such as being extremely unreliable).
