Editor note
The MG Owners' Club version uses a Windows 95A installer, checks for 95A only, 256 color mode only, and reportedly cannot be installed under DOS. Once installed, the game will run on DOS under pretty much any operating system that has a real, emulated, or visualized DOS environment.
