This is specifically a place that is haunted rather than any location with the listed creatures. Requiring various typical features of a haunt, such as the creatures being stuck in the, or just frequenting it for whatever reason. This omits random occurences of ghosts like with Ghostbusters and only inclusion from that is a long running haunted location.
