Name variations: money spiders

Commonly combined with randomized loot, but it's possible you get unexpected items even when it isn't randomized.

Note that the unexpected nature is not in terms of the game itself, as that would make spiders dropping money an expected thing.

Also, if you see the creatures somehow carrying the objects, it isn't unexpected then either to get the items from their drops or other loot.
