Besides the lack of anything that would allow motion for a skeleton (muscles), they also lack anything with which to see with (eyes), speak with (throat, voice box, lips), think with (brains), they also lack anything that actually holds the structure of bones upright and cohesive (ligaments and muscles), and some other things. Most or all of which is handwaved with Magic.
