Alternate names: No mana regeneration, No magic point regeneration, Finite energy, Finite magic, Finite mana

Whatever energy is used to perform special actions, magic or use of high tech equipment.

Usually means player must rest, recharge batteries, drink potions, eat mushrooms, meditate or something else to recharge this energy.

This tag is especially important when all energy restoring methods have only finite use, either because they simply run out or they have other limitations.

The first No energy regeneration video game was released in 1989.

Cellar Door Games, Night Dive Studios and Suspicious Developments published most of these games.
