Installer is a 16-bit Windows application though the game 32-bit (or DOS). Prevents installation on 64-bit Windows as it has no no 16-bit sub-system

Cases where this can be trivially circumvented should not be tagged or the method mentioned along with any other comments about used tags.

Similarly, a native DOS game may only come with a 16-bit Windows installer. This usually much more trivial to bypass as most DOS installation-source files (such as arj or zip) are not architecture dependent or the files can simply be copied from the installation media to hard drive manually.
