'wings', if present on eastern dragons, are small bat wing like appendages between the limbs and body (think flying squirrel). They are possibly swimming aids (eastern dragons are often associated with water) rather than being for flight. Eastern dragons fly with mystical powers, not aerodynamics. Eastern dragons that have four legs are quadrupedal when using them. A few types are legless. Only one type of eastern dragon guards treasure; this one is also associated with volcanoes. Eastern are not typically of evil, yet they are quite powerful. They are generally intelligent, wise and benevolent.
