Name variations: Wendigos

This can be purely superficial change, such as adding dark circles under character's eyes, make their skin pale and cracked, unnaturally dark skin, change in eye color, added glow, etc.

Mainly for changes invoked by doing certain things regardless what their nature is, though usually involves evil deeds. An example from folklore is the Wendigo, a human who has turned into a monster from eating humans.
