Something can cause the protagonist's vision to get distorted or otherwise impaired. Especially cases where the vision is always distorted

Notable people involved: Rhianna Pratchett, Joel '.plink' Nielsen, Mick Gordon, Alex Quick and Doug Church

Alternate name: Impaired vision

Simplest distortion is blur, after that comes changes in color vision, or variances in vision as if looking through a glass with bumpy surface, afterimages, and so forth. Technically simplest method is adding a transparent colored overlay or rendering only one color channel.

Note that this is NOT for swaying, shaking, or such.
