Generally "monsters of poor visibility", even though "invisible" implies the complete lack of it.

This includes creatures using cloaking/stealth technology or some mystic stealth techniques (e.g. ninjas).

NPCs that are invisible due to some game bug should not be included unless the bug is commonly encountered and unfixed.
