The first video game about DirectX Audio was released on August 18, 1999.

Introversion Software, Tilted Mill Entertainment and Basilisk Games has published most of these games

Note that not all Windows games (with audio) use DX audio even if they don't use some third party libraries. DX audio is more useful for audio spatialization and Windows API has something simpler for basic audio playback.

Called also XAudio, presumably to link it with both DirectX for Windows and the Xbox platforms.
